Erin Chase of 5 Dollar Dinners is a genius. A hero. She’s amazing. She shares recipes that are NUTRITIOUS and AFFORDABLE. (see? hero!) I love her website, and you should too!
She’s taken her hero status to new heights this week by bringing to my attention the “100 Days of Real Food” meal plan printables! These were designed by the equally heroic Lisa Leake of 100 Days of Real Food.
One of the best things I ever did for my own sanity was to start menu planning at the begining of each week. It put an end to “What’s for dinner mommy?” and to my own all-day anxiety about what I should cook. It put an end to last minute trips to the store, and has helped us stay within our grocery budget.
The only thing better than using a menu plan is to have one already made for me! What a gift! So scoot on over to 100 Days of Real Food and print your free menu plans! You’ll find they’re filled with healthy recipes that won’t take you oodles of time to prepare!
HOORAY FOR ERIN! HOORAY FOR LISA!
