Head over to one of my favorite kid-food sites Weelicious for this simple and fun recipe for Italian Parmesan Corn Cakes for the kiddos! They look delicious, easy to make and MAYBE JUST MAYBE I could convince my kiddo to eat it!

Make them even more fun by using silicone pancake molds! I also love this kind of recipe because my little lady can help prepare it every step of the way! She can measure out ingredients, add them to the bowl and mix it all up! At only 3 years old, I won’t let her do any of the cooking though!
