Make Rainbow Pudding Popsicles

rainbow pudding pop

These popsicles are so pretty and fun, and they look like a ton of work. When I first saw the picture at Sandy Toes and Popsicles, I thought some ambitiously perfect mommy spent hours freezing a layer and then adding the next color and starting the freezing (and waiting) again. Well, happily they look complicated, but they are sooo easy thanks to the magic of pudding! The pudding makes the mixtures thick enough to stay separate, so you can layer them all at once and freeze and you’re done. [how to make rainbow pudding pops]

These make me want to put a rainbow-themed party together! I love rainbows!

You Need:

  • Vanilla (or other light-colored) pudding & ingredients to make it
  • Food coloring
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Disposable paper cups
  • Your freezer
