Iron-on transfers are a great way to dress up t-shirts, especially when they’re your own original designs. Cindy from Skip to my Lou came up with an easy way to make crayon iron-on transfers, which she shares at Alphamom. Her secret trick? The designs are drawn on sandpaper! The rough surface of the sandpaper (which you can get at Dollar Tree!) grabs a thick layer of crayon wax, which you can then transfer onto a t-shirt or other fabric. (How about a personalized library tote bag, or a fabric wall hanging?) [how to make a sandpaper iron-on t-shirt transfer]
