Washi tape has become the new scrapbook paper in my world…you know, I see it and think it’s beautiful and it’s just a dollar or two so I buy it up but rarely think of how to use it. Well, except for that one time I made an adorable light garland out of dollar store shot glasses.
These little popsicle stick puppets could not be cuter. Not in a billion years. I would probably pay real dollars for these if I saw them at a hipster store or on Etsy. Thankfully I can save my money, because Tea Wagon Tales has shared a tutorial so we can all make our own sweet washi tape puppet sticks! It’s absolutely delightful. (Once you’ve got your puppets ready, check out this awesome puppet theatre made from a cardboard box!)
Lovely.
Thank you for the theater mention!
These puppets are WAY cute!!
I saw this on another blog (reblogged from you) and I love it. I’m going to try to gather the supplies to make these with our Stay & Play Homeschool group this Tuesday in honor of Valentines day. The kids can use them as bookmarks and we can call it “Make” New Friends. <3
