Make an “Emotional Animals” Dice Game

Helping young kids understand and identify their emotions is as challenging as it is important. I don’t think there’s any one “right” or “best” way to do it. What I’ve found the most success with is using lots of different techniques and approaches, ideally in ways that feel like fun to your kids! This dice game from Sweeter Than Sweets is a fun and silly way to help teach kids about their emotions and the emotions of others. Kids will enjoy acting as different animals, and you can be ready to talk about what each emotion would look like, or tell a fun story about why an elephant would feel silly!
