Kids Craft: Paper Plate Clock – Learn to Tell Time!

Paper plate clock - learn to tell time

True confession time: when I was in first grade, my teacher NEVER called on me to “tell time” on the paper clock, and I have never quite felt confidence in telling time on an analog clock. Phew, I feel better getting that off my chest! Don’t let that happen to your child! Here’s a great clock craft made of inexpensive materials that will help boost your kiddo’s time telling skills. I posted the tutorial for this craft over at the (super adorable) Kix Cereal Blog. Instructions and more info: [how to make a paper plate clock]

You can find most of the stuff you need for this project at the dollar store (or in your cupboard).

  • 2 paper plates
  • Construction paper
  • Letter and number stickers
  • A brad
  • A marker and a pencil
  • Age-appropriate scissors
