I have a confession to make: I had a full face paint kit even before I had children. I may or may not have performed as a children’s face painter at a Family Day at a restaurant in Texas once. And also as a face painter at a Mardi Gras party. And that was it. Since I finally have my own kids, I periodically break out the face paint kit and paint their faces, and let them paint my face too. I spent at least $50 on my professional face paints, but you don’t have to spend that much to have a fun day of painting faces. Check out my article over at the Kix Cereal Creativity Lab, and find out how to make your own face paint for cheap! [how to make face paint]
p.s. I got most of my supplies for this project at the dollar store! Check out the link above for full details.
