10 Delicious Easy Vegan Weeknight Recipes

You don’t have to be vegan to eat vegan food, and vegan cooking doesn’t have to be hard. Whether you’re trying to eat less meat to save money, improve health, or protect animals, high five to you! Does your kid love tots? My kid LOVES tots. But I don’t make them for him often, because I don’t like him eating too much deep fried food. Frozen tots were fried before they were frozen, so even if you bake them, they’re technically still fried. The point is, I didn’t know that you could make baked tater tots until I saw this recipe from Wishful Chef. Now I know, and my kid can have tots with his supper!
