Make Baked Tater Tots

Does your kid love tots? My kid LOVES tots. But I don’t make them for him often, because I don’t like him eating too much deep fried food. Frozen tots were fried before they were frozen, so even if you bake them, they’re technically still fried. The point is, I didn’t know that you could make baked tater tots until I saw this recipe from Wishful Chef. Now I know, and my kid can have tots with his supper!
